If you need to cancel or suspend your delivery, you must log in in to your account by 5pm the Friday before the upcoming delivery and cancel your subscription. Once you login to your account, click “Delivery Hold” and then check the “Permanent Hold” box.
If your subscription is not canceled by that time, we will be ordering produce for you and will not be able to refund you for the upcoming week’s delivery.
To suspend your subscription, you must log in to your account by 5pm the Friday before the upcoming delivery and place the bag on hold for the week that you do not wish to receive a bag. You will not be charged for that week’s bag and we will not deliver a bag for you. If there is a last minute change of plans and you will not be present to receive your bag, please contact us regarding delivery to an alternate person in lieu of you or donation of your bag.
