Ingredients

Ruby Red grapefruit
segmented and cut into 1-inch pieces
1
avocado
diced

tbsp
red onion
diced

tbsp
fresh cilantro
chopped, plus sprigs for garnish
1/2
jalapeño
seeded and finely chopped

tbsp
lime juice
coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine grapefruit, avocado, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and lime juice in a medium bowl. Season with salt and you have yourself a salsa!
