Long Beans with Mushrooms and Black Bean Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1bunch long beancut into 3 inch pieces
  • 3cups mushroomssliced
  • 1 onionsliced
  • 1cup cashewsroasted
  • 2Tbsp garlic-chili black bean sauce
  • soy sauce
  • peanut oil
Instructions
  1. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a wok or large saute pan over high heat.
  2. Add onion and saute for one minute until fragrant. Add long beans and mushrooms and saute until tender.
  3. Add black bean sauce, one Tbsp at a time, to suit your taste. Season with soy sauce.
  4. Add cashews and toss through until all are coated with the sauce and hot.
  5. Serve with rice.
