Ingredients
1cupmilk of choice
1/2Banana
4-5frozen or fresh strawberries
1/2Papaya or Mangochopped and seeds removed
1packagefrozen acaior 4 tablespoons acai powder
1/2-1tbsphoney
Recipe Notes
Add the fruits, acai, almond milk, and honey to a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth, adding extra almond milk as needed to get the blender running. Aim for a frozen-yogurt consistency (it should be thicker than a smoothie).
Spoon the acai mixture into bowls and top with fresh sliced fruit, bee pollen, a drizzle of honey, granola and any additional optional toppings! Go crazy!
