Acai Bowl
Have you ever made your own acai bowl? The best part is that it can be different every time. We love mixing up the base by adding local papaya or mango.

  • 1cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 4-5 frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 Papaya or Mangochopped and seeds removed
  • 1package frozen acaior 4 tablespoons acai powder
  • 1/2-1tbsp honey
Recipe Notes
  1. Add the fruits, acai, almond milk, and honey to a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth, adding extra almond milk as needed to get the blender running. Aim for a frozen-yogurt consistency (it should be thicker than a smoothie).
  2. Spoon the acai mixture into bowls and top with fresh sliced fruit, bee pollen, a drizzle of honey, granola and any additional optional toppings! Go crazy!
