Cantaloupe Smoothie
As with any recipe, you can modify this smoothie to your needs. You can add seeds (sunflower, hemp, pumpkin) for protein, or a spoonful of nut butter for some added fat and fiber.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup cantaloupe
  • 2 apple bananas fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/2cup yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • chopped iceoptional (if not using frozen bananas)
Instructions
  1. 1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice and milk according to your desired consistency. More ice = thicker smoothie.
  2. 3. Divide into cups and top with fresh banana or cantaloupe if desired. Enjoy!
