As with any recipe, you can modify this smoothie to your needs. You can add seeds (sunflower, hemp, pumpkin) for protein, or a spoonful of nut butter for some added fat and fiber.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cupcantaloupe
2 apple bananasfresh or frozen
1 cupplant-based milk
1/2cupyogurt
1 Tbsphoney
1tspvanilla extract
chopped iceoptional (if not using frozen bananas)
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice and milk according to your desired consistency. More ice = thicker smoothie.
3. Divide into cups and top with fresh banana or cantaloupe if desired. Enjoy!
