Ingredients
  • 24pieces chili peppers
  • 24pieces portuguese sausage1 inch slices
Instructions
  1. Soak 12 wooden skewers for 30 minutes. Heat grill to medium-high. Thread 2 peppers and two pieces chorizo onto each skewer. Grill, turning often, until blistered, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt.
