Ingredients
  • 3Tbsp sugarcan opt for other sweetners like maple syrup, agave, honey , coconut sugar
  • 100mL water
  • 20 lycheesfresh or canned
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 350mL carbonated water (soda)
  • ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Melt sugar in water over low heat. When sugar has melted, leave syrup aside to cool to room temperature.
  2. Add about 5 lychees per drink. If using canned lychee, fill the 1/4 of the glass with the water from the can of lychee. The syrup enhances the taste of the drink. Optionally, add mint leaves.
  3. Pour cold soda water into the glass. Sweeten the drink with a few spoonfuls of syrup made earlier. If a sweetened carbonated drink is used, skip the sugar as it is already sweet. Add some ice cubes. Garnish with more mint. Enjoy!
