Ingredients
  • 3cups young coconut water
  • 2frozen Banana
  • 3cups organic green oak leaf lettuce
  • 1 small Hass avocadopitted and peeled
  • 1/8cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sprouted or raw walnuts
  • 1tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2-3 pitted Medjool dates
Instructions
  1. 1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 2. Drink half the smoothie for breakfast and refrigerate the remaining smoothie in a glass mason jar and enjoy for a mid-afternoon snack.
