Ingredients
  • 1/2 pomelopeeled and de-seeded
  • 1 Orangepeeled and de-seeded
  • 1 Bananasmall, peeled
  • 2tsp Chia seedsoaked in water for about 5 minutes
  • 2cups SpinichOr other leafy green
  • 4-6oz Filtered water
Instructions
  1. Blend 1/2 pummelo, peeled and deseeded. 1 orange, peeled and deseeded. 1 small banana, peeled. 2 teaspoons of chia seeds (soaked in water for about 5 minutes), or freshly ground flax seeds. 2 cups fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green). 4-6 ounces of filtered water!
