Dice all of the vegetables except the avocado and carrots. Follow the measurements to make the sauce, and sauté the vegetables with a teaspoon of olive oil and the homemade sauce. Save 2 tablespoons of sauce for the end.
Spoon sautéd vegetables in your lettuce wrap, and garnish with avocado, shredded carrots, and radish slices. Add a teaspoon of sauce and squeeze a little lemon to each lettuce wrap.
