Spicy Pak Choi
  • 3large heads pak choichopped
  • 2Tbsp oil
  • 3Tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/2tsp sugar
  • pinch salt
  1. Add 2 tablespoons oil to a wok and heated until very hot
  2. Add pak choi and stir fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add chilli sauce (add less for less heat), sugar and salt (to taste).
  4. Toss for 2 minutes and serve hot!
