In 1991, Ho Farms founders Wei Chong Ho and his wife Lei Xieng Ho started growing japanese cucumbers on 5 acres in Kahuku on Oahu’s North Shore.
Today Ho Farms is truly a family run business. Siblings Neil and Shin returned to Oahu after college and industry jobs on the mainland and are now a vital part of modernizing the family farm while also focusing on conservation on their land.
They has recently began to expand by adding fields in Ewa Beach and construction has begun on a packing/washing shed in Wahiawa.
In addition to Oahu Fresh, you can find Ho Farms products at Foodland, Whole Foods, KCC Farmers’ Market, Kokohead Cafe, 12th Ave Grill and much more.
