As a Hawaiian Airlines employee, you can now receive fresh, local produce from Hawaii farms delivered to your office! Every other week, you will receive a farmers` market bag of produce to be picked up on Thursday afternoons at Lunchbox.

You were provided with a three-letter code, you’ll use it twice:

- Click
- On the “Home Delivery or Pickup Location” enter your HA code provided to you in the Zip-Code box and click enter.
- On the “Pickup Location” page click “Choose” for Hawaiian Airlines.
- On the “My Shopping Basket Page” enter your HA code provided to you in the “Got a Coupon or Gift Cert?” box in the upper right hand corner and click “Apply” to waive the $15 membership fee as a benefit for being a Hawaiian Airline employee!
- Click “Checkout“
- Create a Login to be used to manage your account.
- After you create your account enter your credit card information.
- Click on “Confirm Order” and you are all set!
Membership
Oahu Fresh is subscription service. Once you have signed up, you will receive your farmers` market bag every other week. You do not have to think about it, it’s automatic! If you need to make changes, you can login into your account. All changes must be made by 10pm the Friday before your upcoming delivery.
Billing Cycle
Your credit card will be automatically debited the Friday evening before your upcoming delivery. After your card has been debited, you are unable to change your order. A reminder email will be sent to you a day prior to let you know if you want to make changes.
Specialty Item Add-Ons
Once you become a member, you may start adding Specialty Items to your bag such as free-range eggs, butter, coffee , jams, chocolate and much more. These items may be added as a one time delivery or with each delivery.
Bags
We deliver your produce in a brown bag made from recycled cardboard. If the bag is still in good shape after you take it home, please return it Lunchbox and place it in the provided bin. We will pick it up next time we visit and reuse the bag.
Delivery
Delivery occurs on Thursday afternoons to Lunchbox. We will leave your bag on the tables with a sign-in sheet. Please make sure to check that your name is on the list. If your name is not on the list, please do not take a bag and give us a call at (808)476-7550 and we will find out why your name is not on the list. If you ordered add-on Specialty Items, your bag will have a name tag on it. Please make sure you grab the right bag!
Pricing
The price of the bag is $20 plus tax.
Vacation
If you need to place your order on hold for any reason, all you have to do is log in to your account and choose the date on the calendar that you wish to not receive your bag. **You need to do this by the Friday of the week before your scheduled delivery**. You will not be charged for that week and we will not deliver you a bag.
