Ingredients    
                - 2 cups kale steam kale for 5 minutes
 - 1/2 frozen Banana
 - 1/4 avocado
 - 1/4 organic lemon w/ rind take out lemon seeds first
 - 1 handful fresh mint
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 cup almond/hemp/coconut milk
 - 1 date (pitted)
 - 1 scoop plant based chocolate protein powder
 - 1 pinch sea salt

        Instructions    
                - Make sure you are prepared by freezing a banana overnight before making this smoothie. Steam kale for 5 minutes in order to get rid of the raw chemicals called goitrogens. Add all ingredients in the blender and blend it up! Optional: chop up a little dark chocolate and sprinkle on top after blending for an added treat!
