- 3 cups young coconut water
- 2 frozen Banana
- 3 cups organic green oak leaf lettuce
- 1 small Hass avocado pitted and peeled
- 1/8 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sprouted or raw walnuts
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2-3 pitted Medjool dates
