Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion minced
- 1-2 hot chili peppers seeded and minced or one 4 oz. can chopped mild green chilies
- 1-2 Tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro minced
- 1-2 green onions minced

- Combine all the ingredients in a small serving container and stir together.
- Or leave the ingredients in larger chunks and prepare in a food processor. Pulse on and off until finely chopped but not pureed; then transfer to a serving container.
