Ingredients
- 3 large heads pak choi chopped
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 3 Tbsp chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- pinch salt

Instructions
- Add 2 tablespoons oil to a wok and heated until very hot
- Add pak choi and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add chilli sauce (add less for less heat), sugar and salt (to taste).
- Toss for 2 minutes and serve hot!
