Ingredients
- 1 cup Pineapple - diced Dole
- 1 cup Corn kernels - cooked Twinbridge
- 2-3 tsp Lime juice + 1 heaping tsp Lime Zest Kahumana Farm
- 1 Green Onion - finely diced *optional to taste
- 1 can (15mL) black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 Beefsteak Tomato diced
- 1 Bell Pepper preferably orange, but any color you like
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1 jalapeño seeded + diced
- 1/3 cup cilantro chopped
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- salt + pepper to taste

Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients* and toss to coat with lime juice.
- 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, in tacos/burritos, or alongside anything dish you want to add some color to.
