- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 Banana
- 4-5 frozen or fresh strawberries
- 1/2 Papaya or Mango chopped and seeds removed
- 1 package frozen acai or 4 tablespoons acai powder
- 1/2-1 tbsp honey

- Add the fruits, acai, almond milk, and honey to a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth, adding extra almond milk as needed to get the blender running. Aim for a frozen-yogurt consistency (it should be thicker than a smoothie).
- Spoon the acai mixture into bowls and top with fresh sliced fruit, bee pollen, a drizzle of honey, granola and any additional optional toppings! Go crazy!
