Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp sugar can opt for other sweetners like maple syrup, agave, honey , coconut sugar
- 100 mL water
- 20 lychees fresh or canned
- 4 mint leaves
- 350 mL carbonated water (soda)
- ice cubes

Instructions
- Melt sugar in water over low heat. When sugar has melted, leave syrup aside to cool to room temperature.
- Add about 5 lychees per drink. If using canned lychee, fill the 1/4 of the glass with the water from the can of lychee. The syrup enhances the taste of the drink. Optionally, add mint leaves.
- Pour cold soda water into the glass. Sweeten the drink with a few spoonfuls of syrup made earlier. If a sweetened carbonated drink is used, skip the sugar as it is already sweet. Add some ice cubes. Garnish with more mint. Enjoy!
