- 1 Orange peeled and de-seeded
- 1 Banana small, peeled
- 2 tsp Chia seed soaked in water for about 5 minutes
- 2 cups Spinich Or other leafy green
- 4-6 oz Filtered water

- Blend 1/2 pummelo, peeled and deseeded. 1 orange, peeled and deseeded. 1 small banana, peeled. 2 teaspoons of chia seeds (soaked in water for about 5 minutes), or freshly ground flax seeds. 2 cups fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green). 4-6 ounces of filtered water!
