Ingredients
- 1 tbs peanut oil
- 1 tsp fresh ginger minced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 jalapeno pepper minced
- 1/2 lb bush beans
- 2 tbs soy sauce

Add the first five ingredients into wok or pan. Stir fry for 3 minutes ('til the beans just start to brown). Add soy sauce. Serve over rice.
