is it possible to find out ahead of time what the next delivery will be?
I want to know because there are certain things i don’t know how to use or will not use because of likes/dislikes of family members.

We usually post the bag items the day before on the website, so you can access the front page to see what will be coming. We do not substitute items, and base what is in the bag on what the farmers have available to harvest. The bag is structured to have salad items, fruit, another vegetable or starch, and herbs. Our goal is to make it a $20 value, so if you were to take $20 to the Farm Bureau Markets you would be able to get the same type of produce.
