Hi Oahu Fresh members!  This week’s bag has some organic fruit -grapefruit, lemons, and limes, as well as arugula, nalo greens, long beans, tomatoes, and kirby cucumbers.

Grapefruit is a versatile fruit, which can be used in salads as well as desserts or eaten just by itself.  Here are a few ideas to use your grapefruit this week, along with the rest of your fresh produce!

Shrimp, Grapefruit, and Spinach Salad You can purchase spinach at the market for this salad, or you could use your fresh baby arugula or nalo greens.
