Aloha Oahu Fresh community! We’re glad you’re back with us for another week. This week’s bag is looking beautiful already: swiss chard from and cucumbers from Ho Farms, slicing tomatoes from Green Growers, arugula from Nalo Farms, long eggplant, sweet thai basil, and pineapple from Khamphout Farm. YUM!
Here are a few ideas to help you out in the kitchen:
Scrambled Eggs with Arugula and Sweet Plum Tomatoes I like to mix up my eggs in the morning…meaning I like to add interesting things to them, and quite often will add greens of some kind. This looks great and is really easy.
