Naked Cow Cheese and Butter

Naked Cow Dairy was established in 2007 in Waianae by two sisters. It is the only dairy on Oahu and the cows are raised without antibiotics or growth hormones. The butter and cheeses are produced without preservatives or artificial flavorings.

The cheese has a slightly orange hue and sweet flavor because the cows are grass-fed and therefore their milk is higher in beta-carotene. The butters are softer ad fuller than most store-bought butters because Naked Cow washes its butter and rinses off the buttermilk after churning only once.
