Cancellation/Suspend Order
If you need to cancel or suspend your delivery, you must log in and cancel your subscription by 5pm the Friday before the upcoming delivery. If you do not cancel your subscription by that time, we will be ordering your produce for you and will not be able to refund you for the upcoming week’s delivery.
Refunds
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your bag of produce, please let us know. If there is one bad piece of produce, we will add in an extra item in your following delivery. If a majority of the bag is bad, we will refund you the full amount of the bag.
