This week’s bag features green onions! Green onions add crunch and a mild onion flavor to an endless variety of dishes. Some people don’t realize it, but both the white base and the green leaves are edible. These onions cook quickly, so add them as the final touch to soups, stews, grilled meats, dips, etc. Also try tossing them in raw to salads or on your breakfast eggs.
