This week’s bag is a great combination of some juicy fruits and crispy veggies!! We are featuring Pineapple from Dole Plantation and Filipino Long Eggplant from Pacific Gateway Center.  Yum, can’t wait to get in the kitchen!!!

Cucumber & Papaya Salad– Use your lettuce and cucumber from the bag, and pick up some local ginger, papaya, and cilantro at your nearby farmer’s market to complete this recipe!
